With the desire to give back to the community and empower others, Michael Thompson founded Social Plus. He has developed a close-knit team that takes a solid people-orientated approach, which creates an inclusive learning environment that encourages growth and development.
We, Social Plus are to create a client-focused and easily accessible support service. We cover multiple aspects of the NDIS industry.
Our mission is to deliver 'Care with Heart' to people with disabilities. It is more than just providing services; it is about offering compassionate, empathetic, and personalized care.

We’re a registered NDIS Provider, our team members are dedicated to upholding the principles outlined in the NDIS Code of Conduct.

Social Plus has grown to support more than 100 participants across the Riverina and growing, with a passionate team of 150 support workers providing #CareWithHeart through our Community Access Supports, In-Home Care, Social Groups, Supported Independent Living, Respite Accommodation and more.
